Hayley Hines draws from a wealth of specialized, hands-on knowledge dating back more than a decade and a half gained from exploring wellness and health promotion best practices in both public and private sectors. Her extensive educational background in Nutrition (Bachelor of Science, University of Texas) and Health Promotion Management (Masters of Science) coupled with real-world experience gives her a competitive advantage and solid insight that is often instrumental to the desired successes of her clients and client partners. In capacities such as Director of Health Risk Management, she has contributed to the wellness growth propositions of companies like Lockton Dunning Benefit Company, where her four-year tenure spawned the Health Risk Management Department and its subsequent initiatives. During this stint, she consulted with more than 200 employer groups about their health promotion strategy. Her current role at Viverae includes strategic planning for the organization and providing leadership direction of the service delivery team.
