Renae is a seasoned human resources leader with more than a decade of hands-on experience cultivating significant HR programs. Her tactful diplomacy coupled with her proven reputation for being a reliable, resourceful business partner dedicated to smart growth have produced inspired, work/life balanced-driven cultures for various employers. At Viverae, she is responsible for delivering strategic programs and initiatives related to work/life balance and employee satisfaction programs, organizational development, internal communications, recruiting and compliance. Her extensive experience designing, promoting and facilitating all facets of health and welfare plans including corporate wellness empowers her to provide valuable insight as a business partner for Viverae’s daily operations. At Viverae, she successfully implements meaningful wellness goals for internal employees that champion the Company’s philosophy for its external clients. Her passion for creating work/life balance and instituting core value propositions positions Viverae as an employer of choice. Prior to Viverae, Renae spent 10 years in various roles at St. Jude Medical Neuromodulation Division, including serving as a senior financial analyst and in HR leadership, where she managed HR through persistent growth and success. Renae has held distinct qualifications for human resources professionals including SPHR and PHR certifications and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1996.
