The principle of solving other companies' health care issues also applies to our own company. We encourage and support a healthy working environment for our employees. A simple walk down the office corridor will reveal people sitting on exercise balls instead of chairs, stress balls at every desk, fitness equipment being tested and used along with conversations about the latest techniques and news relating to health and fitness. If you look in the break room refrigerator, you will find healthy items (freshly prepared and frozen). Wellness is part of our corporate culture.

Viverae has been named to the 2009 Inc. 5000, ranking 775 and making the list for the first time as one of the nation's fastest growing companies. Inc. recognized Viverae's 375-percent revenue growth from 2005 to 2008. With this growth percentage, Dallas-based Viverae ranked 61 out of the top 100 companies in the health industry nationwide and ranked 29 out of the top 100 companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.

Michael Nadeau Takes Top Regional Honors for Redefining Corporate Wellness, Advances to National Awards ProgramViverae proudly announces that Michael Nadeau, chief executive officer, was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2009 in the "emerging sector" category for Southwest Area North for his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Nadeau, a 35-year-old entrepreneur, was the youngest winner for the region this year and was recognized for his work leading and growing an up-and-coming company. Nadeau is one of 11 regional winners selected by a panel of independent judges for the 2009 awards program. Regionally, the awards program received more than 70 nominations across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. The national awards program recognizes entrepreneurs who demonstrate extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Viverae is selected as a 2008 Health Care Hero by the Dallas Business Journal.
Each year, the Dallas Business Journal recognizes North Texas companies for innovations in health-related benefits and programs for employees as Health Care Heroes.
Viverae was honored with the 2008 Health Care Heroes -- Employer Award, which specifically recognizes achievement in health-related benefits for employees, such as wellness and education programs and incentives. This year, the Dallas Business Journal received a record number of nominations and the competition was as tough as ever.

BEST PLACE TO WORK IN DALLAS-FT. WORTH | MAY 2007
Elite Wellness (before name changed to Viverae) was recognized as one of the best places to work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by the Dallas Business Journal.
Over 90 percent of Elite Wellness employees completed an online survey rating their employer in 10 different areas including team effectiveness, people, practices and trust. Based on these results, the winning companies were separated into four different categories based on size. As a top-ranked small business, Elite Wellness was honored to be among the top ten companies.
