ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Part-time)

The Administrative Assistant supports the Screening Team by performing the following tasks: schedules travel, calls, and other appointments; performs secretarial functions such as typing, filing, data entry and photocopying; secures and maintains office supplies; answers and processes phone calls; and other special projects and duties as assigned. Working closely with the Screening Team, this person will help Viverae meet and / or exceed the expectations of our clients, members and business partners.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in office administration and / or business travel coordination
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management, and the web / Internet
  • Highly-organized and detailed, and able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Degreed professional preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is desirable

           
Summary of Key Responsibilities

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Viverae is seeking highly motivated Account Coordinators to support existing and new client services within our rapidly growing business. The Account Coordinator will support multiple client service requests and relationships within company guidelines as directed. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented position. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, and some experience in presenting to small and large groups.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health promotion, or public health
  • 6 months - 1 year's experience in health promotion or related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented approach to project management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

           
Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Function as support to Account Management Team in all aspects of service delivery for outstanding customer satisfaction

REGISTERED NURSE

The Registered Nurse provides health-focused lifestyle support as part of Viverae’s health management programs. In an effort to produce meaningful behavioral changes, the Registered Nurse will make telephonic and secure message outreach, conduct webinars and workshops, provide one-on-one advising, develop health-related programs and educational materials, and attend onsite events as needed. The Registered Nurse is expected to model a healthy lifestyle, corporate values and high integrity.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Unrestricted RN license
  • 2 - 3 years nursing experience in a hospital setting, acute/direct care, or as a telephonic Case Manager/Disease Manager
  • Certified Case Manager preferred
  • Experience in health promotion/wellness a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), email and the Internet
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Conduct clinician-to-member individual assessments and advising interactions via phone and through secure messaging
  • Review results of health screenings and wellness activities with program members, and make effective lifestyle recommendations that lead to meaningful behavioral changes
  • Provide education information, direction and support to the member’s physical and psychological needs
  • Deliver health-related presentations through webinars and workshops
  • Design and evaluate health/wellness programs
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable Viverae policies and procedures

STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The Strategic Relationship Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will be expected to work in concert with the sales and marketing team. The Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing strong sales relationships with benefits brokers/consultants and their clients, and will be expected to operate as the primary point of contact for any and all sales and information needs. The Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business through one or more specific channels. The Strategic Relationship Manager will model a healthy lifestyle, display corporate values and maintain a high level of integrity at all times.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in direct sales or software sales is required, and experience with healthcare, benefits, and/or medical insurance is highly preferred
  • Experience with web-based application sales is a plus
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Successful track record in sales/proof of top performance
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic analysis, problem solving and planning skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills are essential to success in this position
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Direct sales of health management products and services to existing and new customers through benefits broker/consultant channels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with benefits brokers/consultants and clients
    • Present services and capabilities to client prospects
    • Responsible for managing sales activity through a customer resource management (CRM)
    • Assist with the development and refinement of operating systems, policies and procedures
    • Identify and analyze new sources for on-going business opportunities through strategic alliances, new products and services, or acquisition of relevant businesses
    • Ability to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities
    • Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure effective support of sales efforts
    • Must be open to 30-60% travel

    BUSINESS ANALYST

    The Business Analyst is responsible for key activities that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the Solutions Department. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the design and supervision of key projects for the Solutions Department from concept through completion, and will make recommendations that can positively impact the data and information that are presented to Viverae clients. Working closely with the Chief Solutions Officer and other team members, the Business Analyst will design, supervise and complete ROI analyses, research projects, as well as a variety of internal and client-facing reports. Experience must include engaging and meeting with management level client contacts. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, and have past experience working with sophisticated brokers, consultants, and large employers.

     

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health or related field; Masters preferred
  • 5-7+ years experience working with health insurance claims data and plan designs from a consultative perspective
  • Preference given to having experience working directly with claims analytics tools such as D2 Hawkeye, Ingenix, MedStat, etc.
  • Experience in data analytics and management in a multi-vendor, collaborative environment
  • Intermediate statistical analytics expertise
  • 5+ years experience planning, managing and organizing special projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented approach to completing projects

    • Collaborate and supervise team members in working with health plan claims analytics tools to:
    • - Identify members for claims-based outreach
    • - Analyze relationship between risk levels and costs
    • - Prepare internal and client-facing reports
    • - Develop and maintain reports documentation
    • Work with Technology Department to provide matching and cross-platform analytics utilizing claims analytics tools and Viverae Health Management System
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Viverae’s corporate strategy, plans, programs, and critical issues in order to develop other meaningful client reports
    • Create ROI metrics including claims, absenteeism and productivity data
    • Support production of white papers and case studies utilizing claims analytics
    • Supervise in-depth research and statistical analytics projects
    • Supervise claims data account set-up, documentation and file feed process
    • Manage consulting projects and vendor relationships
    • Collaborate with each company department to achieve strategic, tactical and project goals
    • Provide resource planning, management and resolution of impending issues
    • Some travel may be required

    CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

    The Customer Care Representative provides telephonic, secure message and email promotional support of the services and programs offered as part of Viverae's health management programs. Working closely with the Manager of Promotional Outreach, the Customer Care Representative ensures that members are in compliance with their company's program and are appropriately scheduled for their screenings and telephonic follow-up appointments, as well as providing other types of support to employers and members. Customer Care Representatives are expected to model healthy lifestyles, corporate values and high integrity.

     

    Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a call center or other customer care-related environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works well individually and as part of a team, and maintains an upbeat, positive attitude
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), email and the Internet
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Supports the Health Center in all capacities
    • Demonstrates sufficient knowledge of all clients' programs, services and incentives
    • Schedules follow-up appointments via phone calls, secure messages, and emails
    • Fields incoming phone calls appropriately and responds to incoming secure messages
    • Prepares laboratory packets or other off-site screening formalities
    • Assists members with VHMS registration and/or login issues
    • Ensures the privacy and confidentiality of members' personal health information
    • Assists with data-entry, file maintenance and other administrative tasks
    • Maintains a thorough knowledge of applicable Viverae policies and procedures
