Meet Our Executive Team
Viverae is lead by a group of seasoned executives with backgrounds in health consulting, insurance, education and research, technology and management. Their innovative, forward thinking has taken this company from wellness startup to industry leader.

Chief Executive Officer
Michael Nadeau, the principal and founding member of Viverae, brings more than 14 years of outsourcing and human resources experience to Viverae. Prior to Viverae, Nadeau’s career began in Boston where he worked in the software development, IT consulting and healthcare industries.
He relocated to Dallas in 1998 to open an office as an equity partner for Acuity Technology, an IT consulting company. After Acuity was acquired, Nadeau went to work for an HR outsourcing company and it was there Nadeau recognized the need to address the rising costs of health care in the United States and the lack of comprehensive wellness programs for corporations aimed at lowering those costs.
