- Engage: The Engage incentive program is based on an easy-to-track 200-point structure, with requirements including the Member Health Assessment, biometric screening, preventive care compliance and program activities. The program focuses on addressing risk factors through a variety of wellness activities.
- Excel:The Excel program focuses on risk factor awareness and reduction with a long-term goal to affect health outcomes by incentivizing major health changes. Excel holds members accountable for their health outcomes and it provides employers with a return on investment guarantee.
