Viverae’s customized health management programs are designed to address both company needs and member health risk levels. This two-pronged approach allows us to design a program that promotes individual responsibility for employee self care through effective financial incentive motivation.
Viverae’s programs are based on data-driven analysis. To kick-start any program, Viverae identifies health risks through Member Health Assessments completed by each employee. In addition, Viverae uncovers more extensive health information through other data sets, including supplemental questionnaires for specific health risk areas, biometric screenings and claims analytics.
We measure the success of each client’s program through employee health risk factor reduction, which leads to decreased health care costs year over year. By measuring claims activity, we can measure health care cost savings and demonstrate wellness ROI. Other indicators of program success include decreased absenteeism, increased productivity and improved employee morale.
