Wellness can mean many things to many people. To Viverae, corporate wellness goes far beyond health fairs and gym memberships. Our approach to corporate wellness is a full-spectrum, total population health management program. We offer a full-circle program to help you manage employee health and ultimately reduce health care costs.
As most employers can attest, corporate health management programs are only successful if employees participate. Many employers find their employee participation levels to be low and do not understand why. Viverae recognizes that the key to high participation is effective incentive design, so we work closely with employers to identify and implement the right incentive plan for each client’s organization.
While many corporate wellness programs include health assessments and educational resources, they do not include comprehensive engagement and support. Conversely, Viverae fosters a corporate culture that surrounds employees with targeted outreach, effective incentives, health-related activities and hands-on support in making healthier choices that ultimately become a way of life.
Many programs simply provide access to a Web portal with health-related information. They lack program support and employee outreach based on unique individual needs and health risk factors necessary for changing behaviors.
