The name Viverae is based on a Latin word meaning “to live”, and that’s what we do - help clients to live better and benefit.
How We Do It
We AIM: Assess. Interact. Measure. First, Viverae assesses your organization’s health status. Secondly, we evaluate the findings, formulate a strategy and implement a strategic health solution through interacting with employees. Finally, we measure the impact the wellness program had on participants.
Our AIM program model incorporates all of our health management components:
- Viverae Health Management System – Web portal where members can view their health summary, interact with coaches, keep track of their goals and much more.
- Health Professionals – Expert advice from Registered Nurses, Dietitians, Health Coaches and Specialists who are degreed and trained in their respective fields.
- Health Challenges and Programs - Created by Health Practitioners and taught by Health Professionals, they offer a great way for all employees to get involved and help keep wellness exciting, fun and rewarding.
