Our AIM Methodology
Viverae's methodology is simple, yet very effective. Our health management strategy is powered by advanced, intuitive technology, interactions with expertly trained health professionals and smart, active health challenges and programs.
The following proprietary program model illustrates the core of our health management strategy.
ASSESS | INTERACT | MEASURE

The AIM program model leads to high program participation and measurable risk factor reduction.
Here is how AIM works:
- Assess – analyze health of employer population
- Interact – engage employees through active and passive methods
- Measure – evaluate and report detailed results
An important part of the AIM program is the engagement strategy, which uses a variety of passive and active interactions that allow for the inclusion of all employees. Members are assessed and categorized into one of three risk stratification levels: low or no risk, moderate to high risk and high risk. Their risk level determines our level of engagement. There are three levels of engagement:
- Promotional Engagement - outreaching to ALL members
- Lifestyle Engagement - targeted outreach to members with moderate risks
- Clinical Engagement - personal outreach by clinical staff to high-risk members
As wellness programs continue to gain momentum, it is important for businesses to understand the key elements that every wellness program must have in place to be successful. For maximum effectiveness, the active participation and support of senior management and the use of high-impact incentives, such as premium credits and paid time off, must be integrated into the AIM three-step process.
