A customized program brand helps build a “cultural health identity” that can enhance program effectiveness.

Claims Analytics

Claims Analytics provides employers with an expanded view of their employee population health status. Using medical and pharmaceutical claims data, Viverae can demonstrate the correlations between lifestyle, biometrics and medical services utilization.

Assessing employee health care claims provides greater transparency into the overall health of the organization and helps direct the focus of the wellness program by:

 

  • Receiving and reviewing Eligibility, Medical and Rx data
  • Supporting the production of health plan cost reports stratified by risk
  • Identifying members for Targeted Predictive, Chronic Condition and Preventive Claims-Based Outreach

 

Claims-Based Outreach

Claims-Based Outreach targets members with certain medical risks or gaps in care. Supported by Claims Analytics, it provides additional engagement with identified members to encourage them to get their needed preventive exams and test, and not to neglect other appropriate medical care.

Viverae has three levels of outreach which cover the spectrum of members with health risks:

 

  • Predictive Outreach
  • Chronic Condition Outreach
  • Preventive Outreach

 

Cultural Change Support

Through Account Management, Marketing and Health Advisement, Viverae provides the support needed to change an organization’s culture from apathetic to nutrition savvy, health-conscious and physically active.  Through smart and consistent marketing and communications about the wellness program, the working environment will improve and so will the employees.  This change is supported by:

 

  • Customized branding and launching of a program
  • Creating incentives and planning giveaways
  • Wellness team creation and training
  • Employee activity development

 

Health Score

By logging onto Viverae’s proprietary, web-based health portal, an individual can check his or her score and monitor their health status at any time.  A Health Score ranges from a high of 100 to a low of 60 and is formulated by variables such biometric screening results, Health Risk Assessments and other factors.

 

  • Accessible via web 24/7
  • Updated instantly when health information is entered
  • Supports production of health plan cost reports stratified by risk

 

Health Professionals

We have a staff of Health Professionals who educate and inform participants on all topics related to health and wellness.  Viverae does not outsource or hire contractors to perform these duties.  Only trained Viverae Health Professionals are allowed to have contact with client employees.  Our staff includes the following:
