Claims Analytics
Assessing employee health care claims gives the employer on the overall health of the organization and direct the focus of the wellness program
- Special data tool that receives Eligibility, Medical, Rx, MHA & Biometric Screening data

- Supports production of health plan cost reports stratified by risk
Clinical Compliance Coaching
Through Claims Analytics, Viverae can identify individuals who are in need of medical attention and/or health coaching. Viverae Health Professionals will reach out to them through secure channels and encourage these wellness participants to seek proper treatment in order to be in compliance.

Health Score
A quick and easy way for wellness participants to find out their health status. By logging onto Viverae’s proprietary, web-based health portal, an individual can check his or her score at any time. A Health Score ranges from a high of 100 to a low of 60 and is formulated by variables such biometric screening results, HRAs and other factors.

Health Professionals
We have a staff of Health Professionals who educate and inform participants on all topics related to health and wellness. Viverae does not outsource or hire contractors to perform these duties. Only specially-trained Viverae Health Professionals are allowed to have contact with client employees. Our staff includes the following:
